		<description>For me, it wasn&#039;t too terrible but this also depends on the kind of incision you get, how big the implants are, and if they are placed behind or in front of the pectoral muscle.
I had an areolar incision on both breasts, implants of about 200 cc&#039;s, and they were placed behind the muscle.  It just felt like a large pressure pressing on my chest for about a week or so, and I really only experienced pain for a few days.  It was entirely manageable with pain medication.  I was back to work within a week without a problem.  It&#039;s pretty strange to get used to them at first!
