Help, Just Had Breast Augmentation And I Have Crepitus! Is This Normal Or Should I Worry?

I had breast augmentation yesterday. I was just resting and felt crepitus underneath my breasts right along my ribs! Is this normal? I am worried. I am a nurse but I don’t even know if this is okay. Any doctors or medical people out there, please answer.
