@softlyserenademe Blotting tissues sometimes carry MINERAL OIL, that leaves a flim over skin and doesn’t let skin breathe. Your skin tries to compansate by producing more oil leading to acne.
mineral oil is non comedogenic actually. Although in some studies it is shown to possibly cause premature aging which has led me to stop using my ponds dry skin cream. But mineral oil does not cause breakouts. Just because the word oil is in something doesn’t mean it’s going to break you out.
