nice vid with an very likeable presenter!I’m a guy so not really a “creams” person, but for the record what works for my acne:* I go to a sauna twice a week (REALLY works)* I use almost no soap on my face* foods that contain sulphur (“sulfur” in the USA) are good (onions, garlic, eggs)* I read that vitamin/mineral supplements containing iodine should be avoided (unless your doctor says to take it)”Fear Immobilizes Action Empowers”One of the truest things ever!new subscriber

your gorgeous
hahahahahahahaha:Thanks for the compliment!
the best cheap skin care products are st. ives. if you check their ingredients list, after water always come the natural extracts, whether is cucumber, or apricot or aloe. that means the concentration of the natural ingredients is higher, whereas other product that claim to have natural ingredients barely have a significant amount. i LOVE the apricot scrub, it does wonders, but can be a bit harsh if used too much.
honeyjinx02:I am sold on the Apricot Scrub! I use it every other day.
it’s the best, and it’s always at a good price
i’ve used more expensie products that are crap compared to that scrub.
